My CCTC - 4.96, YOE - 3.10, My role - AI Engineer.
I'm ok to grind if required, but need to choose in terms of growth, exposure, better culture.
I was about to choose BMW Techworks India, but since they're just 2 years old and ventured with TATA Technologies I heard the employee policies, structuring are mostly like Tata standards. Appreciate some guidance

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA?
