Hey guys, I was part of talent consulting at Accenture and it was absolutely not for me in terms of work life balance and any respect for personal time. I have worked in big consulting before and actually liked it but maybe it’s been a while. Does anyone recommend any other firms with Human capital / change management practices that may have a good culture and practice what they preach?

Does anyone have any insight into partners retiring early? I am at a point where I need to consider leaving if I am not aiming for partner. I don’t see myself working past my 40s. My partner and I are not big spenders and anticipate have enough to retire comfortably in 40s (obviously a lot can change). I have been assured I will become SM in next year (currently 31 years old).

I am working on a project to built OKR and KPI software for performance prediction. The tool that helps companies track KPIs and predicts business performance using these KPIs. This does two things for the business 1) creates visibility around performance individuals, departments and business as a whole and 2) enables businesses to predict outcomes for the next month, quarter etc.
