I've found that setting realistic expectations for myself is helpful. If I have five new projects that I have little to no experience with, I can't really expect to do them all perfect. I try to treat each of these challenges as a learning experience. I've been documenting my processes for different projects so I know what I did right and what didn't work for next time. Hope that helps!

Make sure you are prioritizing your work and if it’s unclear how you should prioritize, work with your manager to make it clear. It can easy to work on side projects that don’t have as much visibility/impact if they’re easier compared to higher visibility/impact work.
Make sure you're making time to rest and recharge, since you're going to be hustling until you get that promotion! Try to minimize negative self-talk or I can't do it mentality and take time management to the next level so you don't find yourself behind or stressed out.
Make sure you delegate when you are able to. With multiple things on your plate you won't have the time to do everything and if things start piling up, it'll take you down. Delegate, take time to disconnect at regular intervals. The break will help snap back into action better than if you are driving yourself non-stop. Prioritize Prioritize Prioritize and keep that transparent for input, but also so everyone is aware of the work that takes precedence and why. And be happy with a 90-95% output and don't keep at it for 100% when it's acceptable.
