Wow, it sounds like he's a big spender. But getting several weeks of a boss free work envirnment might be the real gift?
I got a pair of socks with dollar signs and a card from one and nothing from the other 2 I support. On the other hand from people I don’t support I received 2 Starbucks gift cards and $100 visa gift card.

I support 15 people, 3 of which give me Amazon gift cards ranging from $100-$500. The rest give me nothing. Im thankful for any gift they give me knowing that none of them have to. My last job I had one exec who would literally give me one single cookie every year for 8 years. I'd rather have nothing than that lol.

It was a Cheryl's cookie. Likely sugar.
Didn’t get anything last year. Not sure what will happen this year.

And we do these jobs why? Yeah yeah, paychecks & medical benefits & 401k. 🥗😻
I have worked for the same guy for over 30 years and he gives me $500 cash his own money. I’ve heard people who get thousands of dollars m, and people who get nothing. They’re such a wide range of variety.
My current bosses are very generous and I'm fortunate. The one in particular gives me very thoughtful gifts. I once had a boss who literally couldn't function without me (by his own admission) who in the five years I supported him never even wished me a Merry Christmas. I never took it personally because he was the type who forgot his own mother's birthday. I've also gotten gift cards from people on the staff who I barely have done a thing for. Very thoughtful!
Did your boss pay out of their own money, if so that’s nice. But no one wants a company mug! years ago I worked for a charity (low salaries at all levels). Both my bosses gifted very thoughtful gifts, which I wasn’t expecting. I wasn’t expecting anything. A few years ago I had a very generous boss (highly paid in the advertising industry). One year she gave me a Tiffany silver necklace! I was shocked and delighted. I would actually prefer the gift of time.
I received a $500.00 Amazon gift card.
do you know you can make up to $3500 just in 5days of trading with bitcoin mining investment company ask me how
My five executives give me nothing every year 🙃
I didn't get anything, lol. I don't anticipate that I will, either. But I get paid pretty well, so it's not the biggest deal. But I see people getting hundreds of dollars for the holidays and it makes me a little jealous!
Why do you feel that you have to give your boss a gift? Mail them a Christmas card and call it a day.
I think you read that too annoyed. OP is asking what the employee(s) received from their boss/those they support.
I support several stakeholders ranging in level, some gove chocolates, others give wine and then others give gift cards ranging from $50 to several hundred dollars.
They dont have to give me anything so Im just really appreciative of the fact that they think of me at all. I've also been supporting some of these individuals for 5-8 years so we have established relationships.
Wishing you all a restful and happy holiday break!!!
Mine gave me more hours, no extra salary just extra hours!🤣
The 3 i support don't even know this is a thing. The way I taught them about Admin Professionals Day was treating other admins for their work who then bragged to their bosses who then spoke to mine. Lol! It was the scenic route but better coming from their peers than me.
The Sr. Partner (who is very nice) gave me $50. The Partner (who micromanages) gave me a $25 Amazon gift card. One Associate (who is nice) gave me $40 and 2 packets of hot chocolate which is strange to me. The Of Counsel that is a bully and another attny gave me $40. I am an appreciative person, however imo some of these are insulting. FYI: This is not a firm that treats employees well.
I only need 10 people to give me the correct answer. I'm going to teach you how to earn $ 5000 without sending money to anyone maximum price every week
