I am an Electronics and communication engineering grad, i am very much keen to explore skills and career path around investment banking.
Can anyone please suggest me the skills, how i could explore more, points to keep in mind, career future and how i could get started in this work area would be much appreciated.

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.
