Hi All, I feel stuck. I’m a Senior Salesforce Consultant for a third party company, and I have a boss who’s really rude and short tempered. It’s taking an affect on my mental health. However, I’m making good money I’m at 150k base with a 20k bonus. I’ve interviewed with Salesforce before and they weren’t quoting me this salary. Any tips on other places I can check out?

Do HCL revise offered salary or counter offer if other in hand offer shared?

I’m currently interviewing with a few top 10 firms and a couple top 100 firms for a mostly remote experienced associate/new senior role. Does anyone have any tips on virtual interviews and how to gauge the culture of the firm and if it really will be a good fit for you? I’m struggling to figure out that out because I used to gauge it on the feeling I got while in their office during interviews. Any suggestions would be helpful :)

Anyone have advice for advancing in your current role? My co-worker was hired in at manager level but somehow “proved” he was actually doing director level work and got a title promotion and salary increase in less than a year. I also went above and beyond my job as well (covering for him for a month while he was away on paternity leave) while taking on other projects outside of my job title and got zip—no raise or recognition.
