Hi all, I just had a newborn and was denied paid family leave pay by CA, the reason being that they had assumed my firm will pay my full salary (this is not true and I had noted that firm will only top up the discrepancy). I now have to appeal, which I hear can take up to 6 months… My question is, if this ever happened to you, how did your firm handle payment while your PFL pay is being appealed? Thank you!

If yes, then my total income will become 521121.

2ndly, whats the penalty for late filing ITR?

Thirdly, I left my previous job on 02 March, 2021, so I received the Feb 21 & March 21 on April 2021. So does it come under FY 2020-21? OrFY 2021-22?

First trimester insomnia?
I’m only about 5 weeks, but my sleep schedule has gone off the rail the last three nights. I’m sleepy/drowsy, settled in bed around the same time every night, and yet I cannot fall or stay asleep. I have a white noise machine, comfy bed, cool room.. etc. When I do fall asleep, it’s earlier in the morning and I sleep until 1/1:30pm. This was fine the first few nights since it was the weekend, but it can’t keep up. Anyone else experience this and have any recommendations?
