Hi All, I need some advice on a job offer. I have been offered a role in HR in London with a leading media and advertising company. The role seems great and challenging and something I really would want to do and the comp offer seems great on paper (£100k base plus pension and health care) What I find strange is they don't have any bonus at this role level. They say it's a pretty senior level(I know a £100k base in UK is a pretty senior role) but I am really doubting why no bonus? Any thoughts?

Can someone please point me in the direction of some NYC recruiting firms?

Bonus points if they hire international talent (I'm Australia based).

GCA Questions Help

Hi everyone!
I've had 2 rounds of interviews at Google (UK) for a non-tech role in Platforms & Ecosystems (L4/L5). Recruiter told me that I've been selected for the final rounds (GCA + Leadership Interview). From his feedback, one thing they wanted me to improve on was the GCA Questions. Would anyone have any tips on how to prepare for these? I've checked some of Jeff Sipe videos online but would appreciate any support! I find GCA quite stressful...

My aso will mention to do stuff as he's walking out, says do this this and this and by the time I process what he said he's out the door then I miss something he's like I told you to do it. Hello fishes, is it a red flag when I'm the ONLY one on my team who's happy with the management, meaning my boss and my boss's boss? Other than the two bosses, we have 6.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

hello! I’m looking to get some insight to see if I’m being paid fairly for where I’m at in my career. I’ve worked at the same company for 2.5 years. This is my first job out of college. Started as an HR Admin, basically in a call center for all HR related inquiries and now am a Sr Admin assisting with escalations, interviewing, training new hires, supporting my team, scheduling, keeping track of stats- phone calls, tickets resolved, etc. I’m making $52k per year and work remote out of MA.
