Publicis Sapient : 14.75 + 50k joining bonus
Coforge : 17.5(includes 85k variable) +1.5 joining bonus, client santander bank project

But everyone saying coforge not good to join so i am really confusing which one to join, i asked for re negotiation for other companies except verizon, sapient said they will provide max 16lpa

My speciality is Data analytics and BI (Qlikview, Tableau). 1) How likely I can get a gig from the US? 2) if a job looking for a remote 2-3 months contract do they care what country I'm in? 3) how can I compete Indian rates as I'm in Europe 60-70$ per hour as a BI consultant is a good rate but I see online rates as low 10$😫?

Hey everyone! I’m interviewing for an HR Generalist role at a Fintech company, this will be their first HR hire and will be reporting to the CFO. I got invited to a second round interview to meet the team to ensure that it’s a good culture fit. I would love to know any thoughts on what I should ask or do to ensure that I am great fit. I left a good impression on the CFO but would to see what else so can do when meeting with the team since it’ll be a 2.5 hour meet up. I’m really excited!

1) Why can't the Secretary of State set up more offices to make it easier to issue passports to eligible Americans in the states passing voter ID restrictions? Doesn't the State Department have jurisdiction over issuing passports - a key form of voter ID?

2) Why can't a national emergency be declared on voting rights? Especially after one was declared on a border wall?
