$130k for an entry level internal audit job? If you get that, good on you.
Wow I would say go for it. That sounds like a really great opportunity for you.
Sounds like you've landed yourself a pretty sweet deal. I'd hop on that quick if I were you!
130k base for a non revenue generating Associate level role outside of a tier 1 city seems like a pretty high ask to me. Best of luck.
As soon as I asked for it she sent me the link and said they would like to interview so guess I’m glad I asked for it 😌
That salary sounds about right. Because the top banks would rather pay their auditors instead of paying fines to regulators.
If you come from an audit background, I’m sure that the transition of bank culture shouldn’t be too difficult. Maybe just a learning curve on methodologies. The biggest concerns would actually moving between cities. Cost of living, housing, etc. and if the bump in salary would actually be worth it to move.
That’s VP level salary at a HCOL area.
I am doing just fine SA1
60-80k sounds more correct for the position. I doubt it would get more than 80k. It’s internal audit, it’s box checking
And your definitely not getting any relocation assistance as a associate level. Sorry to burst your bubble!
Got 5k relocation (same state) from my last employer. Not amazing, but better than nothing! This was for an entry level job
Sounds like a great deal. Any bonus?
They may view 130k as total compensation (base + bonus)
I don't think they give relocation allowance. As for the salary, it would be around $120k-$130k. Best of luck!
You are not going to get that offer. Expect 80-90k realistically.
Curious if there’s been any update here…
