Nope, a few weeks won’t be considered as a career gap. Specially on resumes since we mention months, a job ending in June and the next one starting in July or even August will not be a red flag for any recruiter.
That said, you can take up some certifications or learning modules meanwhile to showcase that you dedicated time to learning since the joining was slightly delayed.
Yeah i will try that. But not sure if they are going to agree. Also I already informed hr from Deloitte about this situation.
