Is 1 month between two jobs considered career gap? June 28th was my last working day in my previous company. Joining date of my new company is 8th july. Now got another offer from deloitte usi. I want to join there. But they said doj will be last week of july or first week of August after bgv is done. That means if i decide to go with Deloitte i have yo wait one more month without formal job. Will that be considered as career gap and have issues in future?

Are there any good PM certification that’s worthwhile? Not something that’s on Udemy for 2 hours of coursework.
Most “certifications” I’ve seen seem a bit superficial… but my current PM job feels like a glorified project manager role so I was hoping to use my extra time to study/earn a certificate to show my skill. If possible.
