Hi, can anyone please tell me the salary range for grade 8?
I’m severely underpaid at my current role, which means HR often lowball me. So I would stay underpaid even after job change. He is subtly saying that I won’t get an offer from them if I ask for a fair market value salary. If someone could share any info about the salary range for grade 8 it will be really helpful.
