Boutique vs T2? All else equal
After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

I haven’t worked for a Big 4, but I’ve worked alongside them with clients that have multiple engagements. What surprised me is the relatively shallow depth of knowledge they had.
With large firms, you’re only on a couple very large projects, with smaller or boutique firms, we may be running 5-7 projects simultaneously. I feel like you learn a lot more, a lot quicker due to the diversity of Orgs, use-cases, budgets and solutions.

Makes sense, appreciate this line of thought. Tried exiting to enterprise, the market plus the lack of remote roles has been a real issue. I will probably go through the experience of working at a small firm and see where it lands!
I learned 80% of what I know with salesforce at a boutique my first two years out of college. The last 4 years at large consultancies taught me how to manage enterprise projects, large teams, and higher stakes. A lot of good from both worlds but pay and career path prob better at large firms.
