Hi - does anyone have any insight into the data operations/central activation group at Publicis Media? Or any data teams at the company? I interviewed with them a couple weeks ago. They seem to be a small team. I am not sure of the company culture or what this teams work looks like, work life balance, etc. It’s a data engineer position (which I enjoy doing), but I’m curious what that type of role looks like from this end.

I took an offer for campus hire at KPMG in Tech Strategy(Canada) this summer however I haven't been able to get my salary before signing due to complications. My estimate is 62k salary.

Now applied to Deloitte Digital and got an offer for 65k CAD + 2k signing bonus doing Salesforce.

Would I be stupid not to take the Deloitte offer on the table despite already signing with KPMG?

For anyone who is burnt out and looking to leave big law and go to a midsize, do your research. I was one of those people and I can tell you the grass is NOT greener on the other side. It’s a myth. In retrospect, I should’ve stayed and set better boundaries and not have taken this 35% pay cut.

So, this is a little awkward, but I recently moved to SD for a fresh start, and honestly, I love this city.
