I have the skills for account management (7+ years) but no longer want to sacrifice work life balance… and would love if possible to work on clients that do things that help people. Is IB worth the sacrifice of WLB? Obvious pay is really good but are the prestige and pay worth it if you’re planning on only doing it for a couple years?
