I recently completed my interview process with Accenture. I’ve cleared the technical rounds and also had a 30-minute discussion with the Director last week. Since then, it’s been about a week and I haven’t received any update yet, and I haven’t been able to connect with HR either.

I wanted to check if anyone has experienced a similar delay or could share insights on typical timelines at this stage. Any guidance would be really helpful.

Getting a referral from a partner not in a line of service that I'm applying for still has impact? Let's say I'm applying for a tax position but got a referral from an audit partner within the firm.

I just interviewed for a business affairs manager/entertainment lawyer position. No prior experience in this area, previously have worked in insurance law and M&A. Any insight into the field, pros and cons of the job etc?

Can anyone share what happens in this fitment round on interview?
HRs have asked to submit documents even before this fitment round; which seems unusual. Is this normal for UBS and this is how they progress?

I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. Please help!

I have taken the interview on 27th July 2022 and next day I got an update that I am selected and I will be connected by HR for further proceedings.

With all details I have shared, I have been told that the approvals are pending and the offer will get released soon.

I joined Accenture 5 months back as a lateral hire ( Level 11 ) and have been a part of a project since day one.

I am not enjoying my work here, no motivation at all. Dreaded to report to work and having stress and anxiety. My manager is trying to micromanage me as productivity is on the lower side.

Another thing is, I have started to dislike my current tech and no more interested in it.

I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained.
Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end.
I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon."

Let me know a proper response.
