If I attend an in-person interview with CBIZ today, how long does it usually take for them to get back with an offer or decision? Do they sometimes give a verbal offer on the spot, or do they typically take a few days?
I already have another offer in hand, but CBIZ is my first choice, so I’m trying to plan accordingly. Any insights would be appreciated!

I accepted a FADP offer but I have lifelong crippling anxiety It leads to (TMI) diarrhea, I can’t sleep at night, among a lot of other issues. I see a therapist and have their support in school accom. I appear high functioning and ever since uni went remote my life and performance has only improved. I know I’m capable of getting the work done and they must see potential if they hired me. But I feel that if I ask for WFH or other accom. I’m gonna be shooting myself and my career in the foot.

Twice now I have been ghosted by hiring managers after my initial HR screen. It’s really got me feeling like shit.

Anyone hiring those who have been out of work for a year? I took time off to tend to personal matters, but I am now looking to get back into the workforce again. My previous experience includes time at B4 audit up to senior level and then transitioned to manager in industry. Senior/manager roles are preferred.

I don’t mind audit. However, I’d prefer it not to be at a B4, as I am looking for some semblance of a work life balance.
