I can tell by your questions that you're not focused on a specific job. You must first decide what you want and like to do and then determine how to go about it. For instance, when pivoting into a different career, your transferable skills are key. Have you led or supervised teams? Have you worked on projects? Can you meet timelines/deadlines? Are you a creative or critical thinker? Are you good at customer service such as describing items/programs to clients?
All these questions will determine if you're client-focused or not. Maybe you'd rather work with numbers and find a role in accounting or billing. Corporate training may be an option, but many companies outsource that today. Not all of them, but many of them.
Salary range will be determined once you decide what you want to do. As for certifications, if there's something you really enjoy such as project management, accounting, etc., there are certifications and courses you can enroll in.
