Hello, I have an offer from Publicis Sapient for their product management internship program. Wondering if anyone has any insight into the program (exits, etc) and how the return offer looks like in terms of salary. I still also hold an interest in data science so might go with another offer but I’m not sure if it is a wise choice to let go of a PM offer while I have it.
Deloitte audit Vs. Grant Thornton Tax. I have an offer from Grant Thornton and From Deloitte as an Intern this summer. Deloitte is the bigger name and pays a bit better but Grant Thronton has way nicer people and known to have a way better cultre and work environment. What should I do? Where should I go?Deloitte Grant Thornton

What type of crime are we talking about? If it's a misdemeanor, you'll probably be fine, but a felony, not so much. It will also depend on what the crime entailed. If it was anything even remotely financial related, like passing bad checks, theft or embezzlement, you're probably out of luck. If it's something minor and not financial related, I'd recommend disclosing it upfront if possible. Better to be honest and get out in front of it whenever possible.
Thank you. The background check only ask if you have been convicted of a crime within the last 7 years. How do you go about reporting if the truthful answer is no?
I don't think it goes bakc that far, I thought it wa slike the last decade or so but I guess it does depend on the type of crime
This is what I was thinking as well. I think it is ten years. Hopefully someone in this bowl can verify for you.
If they only ask for the last 7 years, then you're good. No need to disclose what happened 16 years ago. It's no longer covered. Don't worry too much.
