Hi everyone! I've worked my way up from a research assistant to a clinical research manager at a small, private clinic that runs clinical trials sponsored by pharmaceutical companies. I'd like to offer my team competitive wages (including myself), but I'm not sure what the comparators should be given that we aren't part of a hospital network. What sort of salaries are generally offered based on years of experience and what sort of unique benefits can smaller clinics offer? Thank you!
