Hey folks
I got a call from TCS to interview for a new unit formed within org with the name of Business Transformation Group as per new org restructuring. Anyone from TCS who can help to understand more about this?
Does it cater to only niche technologies or how does this actually function?

Hi I’m a current Graduate student, hoping to get my foot in the door for Deloitte Healthcare Consulting, Accenture CDP, or EY specifically within Chicago Offices. Is there anyone open to connecting and speaking on their experience being hired? I have previous experience working prior to my degree so hoping to get insight on how I can best score an interview. If you’re also open to providing a referral that would be a bonus!

With 2 years experience it will be very difficult to switch as for SAP, companies ask for minimum 3 years of experience. You can checkout job posts on Linkedin/ Naukri/ company job portals etc. Having said that, I'm not saying its impossible, it's just difficult. Generally the market standard is 3x yoe. So at your level you can realistically ask around 5-6 LPA. Any more if you get, consider it bonus and dont let that offer go. Good luck!
2 years is also ok. Just prepare well. Read and study well through SAP documentation for S/4 HANA Sales.
With 2 yoe, anywhere between 5-10LPA.
My senior advised me to join a smaller firm for better hands-on exposure and faster learning in SAP SD.
I get that smaller companies might give more real-time exposure, but honestly, the brand/tag also matters especially when it comes to settling down or marriage. People often just ask, “Where are you working?” and an MNC tag seems to make things easier 😅. the timeline feels a bit tighter.
Would love to hear your thought's.
Hi,
Thank you for your input! I’m still a bit confused though. Right now, I’m wondering, should I focus more on learning and real-time exposure by joining smaller firms, or does it make more sense to aim for big names and MNCs instead?
Would love to hear your thoughts on what really matters at this stage.
