Can any one help me out to move from the recruitment field to the HRMS field ? Should I take up some courses or internships to start once again

Has anyone switched from a traditional private credit role (3 to 4 person deal teams) to an independent sourcing / execution role (you are the deal team), also in private credit. How difficult was the transition? Any advice?

What is the value in professional certifications? ACCA, CFA, CIPD, etc.

AWS vs Cloudflare BDR roles

AWS lowballed but I negotiated to match Cloudflare. Cloudflare offers more equity but AWS has a higher base.

I love Cloudflare. The people are great but it’s an engineering culture and the sales team isn’t as well shaped up and I can’t go for a promotion until at least 18 months of tenure. I am an investor in the company and think of them super highly. I’ve already got half a years SDR experience and AWS promotes quicker.

AWS has prestige but is it worth it?

Any advice on how to transition into healthcare IT without experience? I have a MS and MPH. Burned out on patient services roles. Hoping to make a transition before the year out. Actively seeking new opportunities.

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. Struggling with a friendship that has become toxic & fills me with anxiety. various factors have caused us to drift but it feels like nothing I say or do now is right. The issues seem to really come to a head for one when she is drunk, using it to air grievances with me. When sober she doesn’t feel like talking about it. It feels like we are pretending to be best friends because of history but the substance isn’t there and I just want out of it. Can anyone offer advice?
