Help me understand this new trend by accenture where they are asking you to apply for SAP evergreen modules like MM,SD but somehow are sending you interview links for. SAP MDG & SAP VIM which are niche skills .May I know why so ? Are they trying to attract any clients and keeping resources ready in the backend or is it that they already have projects but don't have enough resources to fulfill it

Had an interview today, for RN OnCall position. This is an extremely difficult position, but I bring not only a preference to work the hours they need but the experience and credentials to qualify for the upper range of the salary (RN, MSN, CHPN, 5 years hospice experience). I asked for the range and he gave the range then immediately stated that I would qualify for mid range. My goal is to find a similar position to the one I’m working now and add 20-30% to my income, the high range would meet

On how time it will take normally for HR discussion and final release of offer after clearing the interview?

I have an interview for a Principal Renewals Manager role at Slack/Salesforce this Wednesday and I was hoping for some advice on how I can wow them? Ive done a lot of research and made loads of notes but get very nervous in interviews and dont always articulate how I would want to / say everything I want to cover. Many startups ask for assignments while interviewing for their strategy roles and never come back after you submit it. It wastes a lot of time considering difficult work-life balance in consulting.

How do you cope with this? Can we ask for a case round instead so we don’t waste our precious time in writing assignments for them?

As I have heard that they ask their employees to connect to VDI from personal laptop and continue the work from that VDI.

Today a pwc India guy offered me 10.2 lpa. My current is 10 and i have an offer of 15lpa. His logic was we are big4. We cannot compare the offers from service based companies. I don't know how such attitude will survive in such a competitive market. He tells me that pwc has a great wlb😂
