I got interviewed by Barclays India and got the information that it was a positive response from the interviewer and HR has asked for the documentation. After a week of no response from HR team, i contacted them and received a response saying my candidature and position was put on hold for some time and asked me to wait for 3 to 4 weeks....

Is this common situation in the company or do I need to loose my hope on this?Barclays India

Is that correct?
Can someone please check their Background screening report and confirm?
I think they use Hireright as their 3rd part agency but not sure.
