I have almost 7.5 years of total experience all in AWS cloud and DevOps. My current CTC is 22lpa no hike since last 1 year and no solid answers on hikes this year as well. Now I am planning to switch. Anybody switch recently? How is the DevOps market now? How much hike I can get? Or should I wait for some more time?p

I manage a performance for a team of licensed insurance agents (service-based role in a direct business environment), maintain our business relationships, and support adhoc training needs. Is there anyone else in this type of role who is able to share how this compares to similar positions and your general location?

Is $180k OTE competitive compensation for a Head of Product Design in a startup? Remote role. East Coast US hours. Managing a team (hands on too) so likely not a checkbox 40h work week.

Let's say I can't get a product or marketing job in tech, but I could get in via sales or customer success. Does working in those roles pigeonhole you, or is it easy to switch later?
