Gratuity bonus - 10%(doubtful if I am going to get all of 10% as I may join in feb)
Joining Bonus - He will get back to me on this.
Offering Role - Senior Technical Consultant
Location - Bangalore
No Stocks as my grade is 6 it seems.

Glassdoor shows 23lpa as average.
Negotiated but as per HR, He cannot do anything regarding ctc.

Had an interview for an associate position at Citi. Interviewee was based in London and I’m in NYC. The only interview time that worked was 6am. I was barely functioning and feel like I truly messed up in my answers because I couldn’t not think clearly. I have another with the head of the division next week again at 6am (pre determined before this interview). It was also hard because the division’s core work is private enough that there was not much prep I could do beforehand. Tips?

I had a behavioral interview with a manager from another team and a case study with the hiring manager. They both took notes as I gave my answers but the first manager was very disinterested from the get go and was distracted as he kept looking away from the screen.

I am an associate at an AM200 firm and was (IMO) very clear prior to accepting this role that I value work-life balance and wanted to try to keep work at night on the weekends to a minimal, but since February, it seems like it’s always something that requires my time as needed disregarding “business hours” or my personal schedule. Advice: my firm incentivized associates to get licensed in fed courts - 4 fed courts for a 5k raise. They also covered the admission fee. I just accepted an offer with another firm and will be putting in my 2 weeks notice tomorrow. There is a clause of total 3 years ( 2 Yr PGDM + 1 Yr Extra).

Company is promising a good career progression after MBA.

Right now, I am working as a Consultant and have 3.6+ Yrs of experience in Oracle CX domain, CTC 8LPA. Started my career as an Analyst (A4) in this company only.

Let me know if I should go ahead with MBA or change the firm.
