I have a total of 6 years experience in Java.
Currently working at Cerner aa Senior Associate Software Engineer.
But in offer letter of Fujitsu. They mentioned as Application developer.

Is this role suitable for my experience?
Since I had less salary CTC of 9.2 lpa
They are offering 12.5 lpa.
Any inputs and suggestions please

Hello Everyone, I have received the offer letter from Nielseniq without joining date and details of the notice period or probation. It's just a consent letter and a code of conduct with the salary break up.
I asked HR about the same as my joining is near and still no joining date mentioned but not getting any response.

I’m a designer in the planning/landscape architecture dept. of a CE firm. Extremely frustrated that after 4+ years and multiple asks, I’m not getting the in-field construction experience I’ve asked for. I know that my designs could be better if I could see how things are actually built but I get slapped in the face with “I need you in the office designing/drafting” or “there’s no budget to have you go out” and then sends an intern to inspect instead. I’m 5 yrs out of college. Any advice?

Exited M level consulting for a f500 D role in the $250-$300 range. Early 30s now - comp seems relatively standard for that level and YOE.

What’s the best way to get a significant bump? Stay where i am and try to angle my way into a higher level, or are there places where i could be doing much better?
