I'm 22M working with one of a top MNC's and my fixed pay is 17LPA, financial independent. I am planning to start investing but I have no idea...where to begin, how to study investing. Can you please enlighten me, with resources and materials around it. My goals around investment would be,
1) Might go for higher studies abroad in 3-4 years
2) Will build a startup after gaining some experience I'm planning this 8-10yrs down the time.

My dilemma… I am an injury adjuster at a carrier experiencing high inventory that’s barely manageable. A competitor offered a higher salary and manageable workload. BUT, I would like to get into underwriting. I applied for UW position w/ a different carrier and they’ve made an offer. It’s lower than my current salary and significantly lower than what I’d make by taking the first offer. Do I take the high salary and stay in claims or go for UW in hopes it will be best in long run?

Any entrepreneurs here had angel investors actually invest in your company? If so, how did you find them and how did it go?

I joined TCS just 2.5months back and unfortunately my hr informed me that my bgc is negative. I think this generation has finally understood that it's not worth preparing for govt jobs like UPSC, RBI, SEBI, SSC job, even state PCS.

Earlier they used to sacrifice important 3-4-5 yrs for such jobs but now people want to work more in Corporate rather than wasting their lives for such govt jobs which doesn't even have any significant future as compared to an IT job.

Is this true or people are still running after these govt jobs? I can see the mindset shift from Govt to Corporate jobs.

It's been a week that I got onboarded in iqvia but still haven't received laptop and no sign of work getting started. I am bored, demoralized and regretting not joining Deloitte now. Please someone tell me if it was the right decision 😔.
