I'm having 8 YOE in Java technology, got below offers from Infosys, IBM, TCS, Capgemini, Sopra Banking Software.

Infosys - 14.68 lpa
TCS - 15.5 lpa (10 % variable)
IBM - 16 lpa (fixed)
Capgemini - 21 lpa (10 % variable)
Sopra Banking Software - 20 lpa (fixed)

Trying to negotiate with IBM.

Please give your suggestions, which company should I join, in terms of job stability, career growth, work life balance.

Can I lie and tell HR that I have an counter-offer of X amount to negotiate the offered amount? Ya uska bhi proof dena padta hai ab?

I interviewed at KPMG on 11/14 and got a verbal offer the next day but since then waiting to hear from them. Been following up continuously but the partners are not replying it seems. In the meanwhile i have an offer from BT offering 90k for 4 yrs of experience which seems to be fair. I have two offers in hand. KPMG and Deloitte. CTC is almost same whereas variable is more in KPMG. I am inclined towards Deloitte India. But HR in KPMG told me that I won't be able to join KPMG India in future as I accepted their offer. I informed her within 2 weeks and didn't do anything for onboarding. I didn't ask to increase the amount or JB and I strongly believe I informed early so they can look for other candidates. Is this bluff? Any HR here to clarify

Today I got an email from TCS to complete an ibegin registration. Whenever I login, it is asking me to enter PAN details and mail ID. If I give, it is giving a warning that my account is already present in ibegin and telling me to login with another email ID. As if I remember, one of the consultancy, used my PAN to register in ibegin but I’m unable to login since it is registered by their mail ID and my PAN.
