When FAANG companies are hiring for UX Design positions do they count all of your general design YOE or only the YOE in a UX role ?

So just starting a new Position. At thia time I was looking for a good base as need to be stable.

Always into sales since childhood but I have 5 years of proper new business development experience with good track record.

I am starting a position at $80k now I just want your thoughts and feedback an the base. There is also comision and bonuses. Which could be something.

Does the size of the deals you work on impact your exit opps? I'm considering a role at an MM firm (non-PA firm) and they mentioned the deals are usually in the $200M area of size, which I realize is smaller than big 4 deals

Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4. I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

I have two questions. I have 10 years of experience in multiple sectors and I have been trying to gain a leadership position.
