I believe it depends on the Project.
When i worked with Accenture I got good technical learning, good team members, onsite and recognition.
But when I moved to Deloitte I got good salary but none of the above.
So everything depends on the project which u are getting.

I think the money part is almost same in both..got an offer from PWC for 17.5 lpa fixed + var and another from a service of 22.5 fixed

Service based will make you work also and lowest hikes and variable cuts and no promotions...big4 you will work more but no other negatives...no guarantee that you will get light project in SBC but lot of politics definitely 😀

I am filling the onboarding form for my next company IBM where they have asked 2 questions:
1)Were you earlier a member of Employee's provident fund scheme, 1952?
2) Were you earlier a member of Employee's pension scheme, 1995?

All I know is PF and EPS amounts were deducted from my salary in my previous company but how to know if I am a member of these two mentioned schemes?

Tip while joining a big organization virtually:

Request phone number of people you meet during induction and Create a whatsapp group.

In the initial days everything is new and you would be running pillar to post to figure how to do mundane task like filling timesheet, log in credentials, vpn access, raising service desk tickets and so many more things.

In large organisations, while working virtually we don't have right point of contacts to get our queries resolved. This whtsapp grp will help

Hi All,

My BRO has an offer from ATOS as a fresher. they've mentioned in the offer letter that there'll be training period of 24 months(reframed version of bond) and also they've mentioned that there'll be penalty of 70k if he wants to leave before this period. Is it compulsory to pay this penalty? Or is there any way we can avoid this, he wants to leave in case he gets a good job offer from other company. Current CTC is only 3.0 LPA and joining location is very far from home.

Does JPMC provides company assets to lateral hires.?
As I have heard that they ask their employees to connect to VDI from personal laptop and continue the work from that VDI.
My personal exp is not good while working through VDI as it is far slow.
