I have a doubt regarding taxation.
I was working in tcs till August 01 and i had no tax deduction.
I started working in my new company and now I am coming under tax slab.

I haven't informed my new employer about my previous salary and i guess tds is happening as per the new CTC.

While filing itr is it possible to use 2 form 16s and also is it possible to select new regime at the time of filing itr.

Seeing a lot of convo in the main bowl about bonuses in the US. They are mentioned on the rewards site but are these really a thing in the UK? and if so what do they look like usually at different levels?

I joined sept 2019 as lvl11, no bonus that year, then covid in 2020, now I’m at lvl 10 and wondering if individual bonus is normal at my level

Two offers:

Citi bank- 3277000 fixed

Mastercard- 308000(including 2.80lakhs variable)

I am really confused between these two companies, I heard WLB is very good in Mastercard, but again their salary difference is too much.

Had a very serious query. In my current organization I was not under taxable bracket by any means so I didn't submit any investment declarations or anything. But I'll start a new job in 2 weeks where I'll be under taxable bracket. I've transferred my PF from Wipro to Cognizant where in it the Employee's PF shows around 83k but the Employer's PF shows only around 27k.

If the employee and employer have to contribute 12% then both should be equal to 83k isn't it?
