My current company has been acquired by Synechron and the integration will get completed by December month. I have few queries if you are working in Synechron for atleadt 3+ years please answer my questions.
1. The notice period has become 3 months which was only 2 Months earlier. Is this negotiable or any buyout options available.
2. Will there be any Corporate parental insurance available so that I can pay and get insured for my parents.
3. How about the bench period?

What would a fair day rate be for a pharma/health agency? Also, is it worth taking the gig just for money? I have other gigs to put in my book. Thanks!

I don’t understand how people keep posting about the bench and being unassigned. I’m in advisory(not audit) and my entire LoS is trending 90%+ utilization

I finished a Health Law LL.M. last May and haven't done anything with it thus far. I'm in insurance defense primarily (Liability, UM, UIM) and just got the LL.M. because I still had GI Bill to use or lose.

If you practice collections in-house, what do you earn and do you receive a bonus?

I have practiced for five years and make $121k as an employee of a financial services company. As the only attorney, I oversee all statewide collections efforts, from demand letter to garnishment, with a case volume of nearly 7k new cases per year, of which the majority I end up litigating. I receive only a $1k bonus per year. Is my compensation fair? My last insurance defense gig was $75k.

I have heard from friends working in different companies about Synechron. Employees working hours are very closely monitored at Synechron.

Employees have to spend 9 hours inside Office rather than Synechron premise.

Also, employees have some app installed in their virtual machines which tracks the duration for which they were logged in.

Is this true?Wanted to confirm from someone who are working with Synechron.
