I have cleared CONGA first round for software Engineer. I have second round of techno managerial round post . Any idea what to expect from this round as its a product based organization?

Got contacted by a McKinsey recruiter for experienced hire interview (position I applied for) and she connected me directly to the partner due to my domain expertise. Partner liked my expertise and gave thumbs up. What would be the next step? Do I need to go through other interviews (exp/case interviews) still or does this mean process is being expedited since my area of expertise is in demand?

Hey folks does Mindtree send any rejection mail? I was interviewed for the role Technical Lead and cleared the technical round and Managerial round also went well. It almost 2 weeks now and no response from the HR.

I have an offer from LTI, my joining date is in next 2 days. Today only I got an offer for higher package from another company. If I try to negotiate with LTI will they entertain in such a last moment.
I want to join LTI but with higher package.. Please suggest what would be a wise step here in my situation.

Working on a regular desk and my laptop has been killing my back and neck for last few years. Finally spent a couple hundred dollars on a standing desk, wireless keyboard, and back/neck heating pad to alleviate the pain. Very hopeful working will be much better now.

Two books you should read are “The New Trading for a Livinng” and “The Laws of Trading.” Both look at psychology, process, and risk in different ways that can help you work out your own process. The next 18 months will be much harder than the last 18 - time to start learning.

Would love some insight on how you went from an HR assistant/coordinator to an HR Generalist. I’ve been in the HR world for 8 years, and only in the last 2-3 have I really done real HR work. The first company I was at didn’t have a solid HR team so I don’t really count that. I feel like I’m ready to take on more responsibility and learn more. And of course make more money.

I have looked into getting SHRM certification. But should I go back to school and get my masters in Hr?

What is the notice period in Infosys for JL3 (I have joined infy last year in january as a fresher, jan2021 and training till april)

Need advice. I have received many calls from the companies but none of them are even scheduling the interviews. They say my current CTC is out of their budget. I even said that I am ready to negotiate based on their company budget as my priority is relocation near to my hometown. How can I convince HRs to at least schedule the interview and the salary discussion can be done at a later stage. Some companies have already discussed the final salary but the interview is not yet scheduled.

Can we negotiate the notice period in offer letter from 3 months down to 2 months? Anyone tried it before?

My manager always appreciated me, and to others also says i am doing this work etc and doing so good. Over appreciating i feel though. He always took care if i needed anything, didn't force wfo, salary also he made sure i get timely hike. How will he feel when i resign, how can i survive my np. I feel guilty even before resigning, feels like i am doing some thing wrong and God will punish me. I feel like i owe him more and not doing my part.

I have also some international experience in competitor benchmarking and evaluating future scope. I am at a saturation point in my domain. I have been thinking of trying to get into manufacturing consulting. What do you think are my odds and what courses can I do to bring that change? An MBA?
