I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Also start making allegations like , “wow that was a long break you took there!” Or you can also look at your watch and say “Must have been a very heavy lunch, right?
Also when people are late by 1-2 minutes you can say that you almost thought that they wouldn’t come today 😹

Got an appraisal from Client in NP, After that took 2 days sick leave because i was sick
And was asked to present the doctor's prescription when i sent the documents, next day manager sent an email that my performance was low
I wonder what you all would have done with this team if you were in my shoes 🤣
Didnt know how to deal with mgmt/internal poltics, came from a third party payroll company after 7 years
everything in TCS was very new for me, will soon leave tcs with so many bad memories and mental health issues
* The few good points are
I didn't micro manage anybody
helped every junior by going extra miles
never bitched about anyone
took one for the team many times even escalations
* I did not went to their level and choose to take the high road and look for a new job
* A piece of advice to all senior associates
Dont treat your juniors/subordinates like shit
they are also human, and its okay that someone does not know something
It's better to help them rather than announcing it infront of everyone

Never join any scrum/teams call, don't even answer when your manager calls you on your number as well as on WhatsApp 😂
Start putting people on mute on teams call when they provide their update
and yeah don't forget to respond with "ohh sorry I was speaking on mute" when the call is about to wrap up after mentioning your name many a time 😂

Take credit for others' work. Gossip. Take unplanned leaves and tell people why they take so many leaves. Butter the manager and use to get better appraisal even after working less. Keep project knowledge to yourself if you are a senior. Don't keep notes and maintain a poor documentation.

Still if you want, just treat everything in your project as Highest Priority, P0. This will automatically create an environment you desire for.
Try doing tasks of all your team members, let your team members take credit of what you are working, putting your 100 percent effort even with no/less appraisal and no motivation.
