Hi friends, need advice. Just found out my manager is resigning. I’m not supposed to know, however I know exactly what will happen when they leave - typical agency bait and switch. Proper coverage will not be put in place, I will be left to hold the account together and to be honest, I’m not up for it. I’m burnt out and the client is a beast.

As realtors, our worst and best friend are the contractors, being friends with the contractor that remodelled a home you are going to sell is a plus because you can know for sure what kind of improvements were made to the house and why; and what kind of things are pending to be improved, that way you can provide real information to the client.
