I have 9 years of experience (5.5 yrs at McK, 3 yrs in a primary care non-profit and 1 year in a US health system after graduating from NYU last year with a Masters in Healthcare management. How is the healthcare practice at Google? Also is google ok to hire international workers? I'm on F1-STEM OPT. Do you think I might have a chance at this job?

How much parental leave does your company offer to employees? Please include location, size of company and type of business. We are a SaaS company in NYC with 60 employees. We give 16 weeks paid for “primary caregivers “ and 6 weeks for “secondary “ caregivers. I want to advocate for everyone to get at least 12 weeks.

Ah! A recruiter emailed me saying they saw I applied for a role as a referred candidate, and they are “sharing my resume with the recruiter supporting this role for further review.” Is this a good sign? I’m surprised a recruiter reached out about my application who isn’t the recruiter for the job. Trying to moderate my hope if it’s not actually that promising?

I’ve applied to 3 program manager roles with google and even though I feel I’m over qualified, I’m not getting any interviews or even a screening call from a recruiter. I got NTD for 2/3 already.
