Hi guys, I have a quick question! I applied to Mckinsey for fall recruitment for BA role (wrong position) with my personal email but got rejected at resume screening. Now I got a referral from a partner for an Associate role with my school email. But when I try to register with my school email, it keeps showing me that I already have an account. What should I do to resolve it? And also, if I just change the email on my previous account, will that effect my referral (not been linked)?

When should a stub start getting worried about not having much work and low billable hours?
I’ve asked for work but no luck. I know they say this is normal for a stub but when should I start getting worried and consider looking for exit options? Fyi, I like my practice group, so I don’t want to change to a different group within my firm, hence would have to lateral, if I have to. Also, other co-1st years are churning in high hours.

Have an interview with a company I really want to work for tomorrow. My last job I was laid off b/c of an acquisition&recently accepted a job at a diff company b/c I couldnt afford not to. Hi - Is there any cut-off day/date each month, by which Managers need to confirm their choice of Promotions in Workday ? For eg : ESP cycle changes need to be inputted by 15th and are confirmed on the 20th, I have been informed.

All I want from an Account person is some kind of acknowledgement that what you’re asking me to do sucks. What would be GREAT is if you said “I tried to make it suck less. I told them _____, but they said ____.” Then we’d know you tried. But failing that, just “Hey sorry, this is lame, but they want ____.” We just want to feel like you’re on our side.
