I have query regarding my bgv, In my first organisation I worked for a month after that my father was expired I have discontinued there ,after I worked in mnc from last 3.8 years, I have cleared all the rounds in tcs, if I tell reason to that hr before initiating the bgv will they accept the situation or not. I have all the documents except releaving letter (offer lettt,bank statement,fnf) .

One of my Black students was recently involved in a biased incident with another student in which he received racist social media messages and racist spoken words from the other student. This was a kid that my Black student thought was his friend. He’s heartbroken, and so am I. I want to know how I can best support my student.

How much stock do you put on benefits? I have two offers with stark differences in benefits. Job 1: role I want, but benefit sucks (2 weeks paternity leave, 20% coinsurance). Job 2: role is okay but higher level and great benefits (16 weeks paternity, 0% coinsurance, 5 more days of vacation). Total comp is the same though. I wonder if I should just focus on role but Job 2 is a large company, so I can move around after 2-3 years I’d expect. Thoughts?
