Is the CVA exam worth pursuing?
Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

Please evaluate this initial offer for Apple ICT3. I think I was low balled, but I want to take more opinions. Currently Sr. MTS at VMware, received Apple ICT3. I was expecting to get to ICT4 but seems like team thinks upper end of ICT3 is more apt. Also, I think it is because I don’t have any counter offers yet.
Received offer

Cisco interviewed me for 3 months for a couple of roles and then offered me comp that is considerably less than my current comp for a product manager role!! They also said its cisco policy to not offer rsu for mcol cities. Rsu is apparently only meant for candidates in hcol cities.
Need to punch a bag every day for several days to get over this bs.

The fact you're getting interviews, I'd say no. It'd be way easier to coast at D with your network and experience then jump ship to EY and have to double down with a new team, projects, etc.
The title difference would only help you with small tech companies, the rest will mainly use YOE as a barometer for role level, so the C vs SC title doesn't mean much for bigger companies.

EY or EYP? If regular EY your chances may be further
Further = Less likely
Stay at D unless the comp increase is significant
Comp is going from ~100k to ~130k without accounting for the raise that'll kick in mid June.
