Now, I have an offer from McKinsey for an internal Senior Product Manager role. I am really attracted to the McKinsey brand but also skeptical about the role being internal. Does anyone knows how fulfilling internal roles are in these big consulting firms. Culture, career progression ?

Hi guys I am posting this again I have offer of almost same package from Accenture and IBM . Accenture offering is very slight more but that's not my key consideration. Which company is better in terms of job security, work life balance. That's the top most factor I am considering. Learning and project and latest niche technology is the other important factor after first 2 factors .

I have had salary discussion and the Hr provided me the salary breakup on 5th August, I have accepted the the offered salary, how long will it take to receive the offer letter for TCS.

Is IB worth the sacrifice of WLB? Obvious pay is really good but are the prestige and pay worth it if you’re planning on only doing it for a couple years?

Made the pivot from Big 4 to Bain and frankly underwhelmed. Seems like Bains Ops capabilities / general knowledge resources / white papers are lagging the industry quite a bit. Miles behind BCG / McKinsey as well. Literally only good for PE and nothing else.

Is McK Digital less brutal in terms of hours but the same level of prestige as general McK?
