Hey everyone, I got a call from Deloitte recruiting on Wednesday of last week discussing salary requirements and location. They told me that the team really liked me and that they were going to work on an offer. I got a call on Friday saying one group has approved the offer but they are waiting on others. I haven’t heard much since then. Should I be worried? How much longer will I have to wait?

I think the most important thing they're looking for is for you to demonstrate slow, structured thinking in the case study. You should demonstrate you know how to prioritize the different components of problem-solving, and that you are oriented towards thinking back to the client or customer.
Thank you.
Have you tried looking on Glassdoor? I know there is a lot of valuable information on there about case studies. Best of luck to you with everything.
Yes, I have done all my research. There is not much information about the case study online.
The case study is common practice for all Intuit candidates, I just did my case presentation today. I'd recommend Copilot or ChatGPT to set a structure that helps you, then details, talk track and everything you can imagine. Prep the timing as this was something I worked on and I made it so concise that I had plenty of time left, but I did deliver all our most of the points they were looking for.
Did you get an offer? If you are available, I would love to talk with you sometime.
Are you being paid for the case study?
I'm not sure where you’re from, but in the U.S., interviews, including case studies, are typically not paid. If you want a job, you need to put in the effort to demonstrate your skills. We can always debate whether this is a waste of time or how companies take advantage of candidates by getting free consulting, but that's not the focus of my questions.
Do preform after being formally hired. Don't do as part of interview or after interview "show what you can do or know".
I'm not going to engage in further discussion on this. That is not the focus of my question.
