Hi, I got an offer to join onsite as a Senior Associate at Pune and I am from another state. They have offered 21L, my current is 14L with 7.5 years of experience.

Being a female, I have my concerns.

1. Is the offered package appropriate according to the current salary and market situation?
2. Do we have WFH option? Should I ask for WFH to HR or on board first and ask my assigned manager?
3. Do I get to choose the project?
4. Is there a good work culture at Pune office?

What career path offer the most money?

I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k. I have a gut feeling that I’m not being paid market value but it’s tough to find comparable salaries. Do you think $15.38/hr is a fair wage in this case?

I had a discussion with the recruiter on 6th May and he agreed to send the revised offer letter, but I am still awaiting it. The recruiter is not receiving my calls, not replying to my sms and emails as well.
Not sure what to do in this scenario.
