Considering the no hike reviews across Oracle and also the relocation expenses, Is it good to opt MC or go for brand Oracle or ask a counter offer with Trimble?

I have total 6.4Y of experience and technical round completed in Capgemini then when I will be having HR round and how many days it will take to release offer letter once HR round completes if I am eligible for HR round. And how much package I should ask as per my experience in Hyderabad location?

On offer letter company has given 4-x-22 joining date and I have also accepted it. Current employers LWD is 15-x-22 . Current employer is not releaving before LWD. Gap is like 1.5 month between joining date and LWD.
Is there any possibility that company will reject/ revoke offer given?

How is market today compared to great resignation days? Do people with 5- 10 years of experience getting interview call? Do companies still giving high salaries to immediate joiner or low notice period candidate?
