Hi Microsoft 🐠 I’ve applied to quite a few Business Program Manager roles at Microsoft but haven’t had much luck getting to the recruiter screening stage. I’m usually one of the first to apply since I get notified about new postings. If anyone has tips on how to improve my chances of moving forward, I’d really appreciate it!

What can I except a product manager role interview questions to be?

1st/2nd year consultants in tech - what industry jobs do you apply to?

Anyone who has been through both rounds at MBB - does case difficulty get any harder between round 1 and 2? Or is it just the level of interviewer?

I applied for one position at amdocs some time back, online interview was scheduled but I couldn't attend the interview for some reason.

Is this situation considered in 6 months criteria?

I’m really trying to break into method development roles and I haven’t had the opportunity to do so with my analytical experience. A lot of my HPLC and LCMS experience is with already established methods. Any tips?

How would you approach an interview process where the company sounds exciting but you feel confident the role would not be a growth opportunity for your skill set? Is there a good way to respectfully approach that topic with the interview team and find a role that might be more exciting for you? Or is it better to walk away?

I have an offer from @Morgan Stanley for 36 lpa.. 8 years, Java backend developer.. I am also about to have a managerial round with Mercedez Benz and Zscaler.. Morgan Stanley they said I initially I will have to work on existing applications and later move on to microservices project.. Both Benz and Zscaler are working on good tech stack.. Are any of these worth considering if they match what Morgan Stanley is offering?

I have cleared the interview with Microsoft and HR confirmed that I have been selected, but it's almost one month since I haven't received the offer letter from them. Usually how long the process would take?

I no longer have access to the Microsoft bowl due to the change in work email address, so I thought I'd see if any Microsoft management (former or current) are in here. I'm looking to confirm that when potentially coming back on at Microsoft, the hiring manager will be able to see my previous connects.
