Odds are that if you are below manager you’ll have to cope with the fact that you are a resource that can be taken for granted.

I’m not clear on how you could have made more money before the raise or bonus, but ok.
This seems like a kitchen sink post - you don’t feel valued, you don’t feel challenged, you’re burning out, you don’t get paid well… .
I always encourage people to have good conversations with their leadership and give them the opportunity to address issues. No one can read minds and everyone’s expectations are different. So have a conversation with a partner in your practice. But if it’s as severe as you make it sound, the ship may have sailed. Think about what reasonable actions they can take that would this make better; if you think it would be sufficient, have the conversation.
Thanks for the response. Yes I want to have the conversation and that’s why asking for tips. I will try to come up with options and expectation and see how it goes. Also made money due to promotion bonus, performance award money, etc(and the reason of telling that so you can make out how less raise I got this year even after outperforming my own self last year and raises being high this year atleast at EY)
