Hi, so a startup is still posting the same role over & over again for TWO yrs, I applied back in 2022, shared my portfolio, had an interview with the HM, got a rejection. A few months later the HM left or got laid off! then they reposted the role again. Early this year I applied again since management changed I was like uh maybe! they selected me &with no interview sent me an assignment, submitted it & again got a rejection, and now they are reposting the role again !!! #fakejobs #beware

3 years of experience as a corporate lawyer.
Expecting an offer from both Deloitte India and Capgemini.
Deloitte India - Senior Consultant
Capgemini - Associate Consultant

Capgemini has verbally promised me 9 LPA but the offer is yet to be released.
Deloitte India has not yet communicated any offer, neither verbal nor formal.

I am more inclined towards joining Deloitte India as it is a bigger position than Capgemini.

I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 12. My family did not opt to put me on medication. I illegally discovered Adderall in college. Worked incredible. Got diagnosed after college & after having been fired from my first job. Passed the CPA exams on Adderall. Went off of it again. I do everything well at my job except for attention to detail within my excel files & emails. Will taking ADHD medication really fix this? Does anyone else have this issue and was it resolved by taking medication?

im not confident in the accuracy of my work.
