Hi, today I got an offer from hcl.i have 7 years experience and hcl is giving me E2 band with 28% hike. Is it a good deal.
There are no hikes in accenture from last 1 year and mostly no hike this year as well.

1. Need some feedback how anyone proceed during HCL Technologies Discover portal login. It's showing me invalid login continuously and using forget password options, able to login one time by luck 2. BGV documents uploading links are routing to smart portal. Will it be the same credentials which is being used during discover portal login? Asked my recruiter HR, but no reply so far
