SAP Sal 11.7 fixed + 1.3 Vpay = 13LPA Airbus Sal 14.3 fixed + 2.7Vpay = 17.5 LPA and 5L joining (should be given back if early exit in 3years) Both companies have other benefits apart from CTC. Can anyone suggest which one to decide? I have some idea on SAP labs but not sure about airbus when it comes to work life balance, career growth, team. thank you and much appreciated

Yes, no. Mck has been unbelievable learning. Hard to think of a place where I could have learned more out of college
What have you learned?
1. While the amount of learning certainly varies by firm, I think I’ve learned an incredible amount in the last 14 months. Both from a hard skills perspective (excel, ppt) & soft skills (communication, working in a team, handling yourself in front of clients). The only job where the hard skills development would possibly have been greater is banking and, even then, I’d prefer a versatile, broad exposure over how to crank out a DCF or LBO with the same 20 associated pages in 8 hours.
2. PE/VC do not belong “with other typical exit ops.” Those are the apex of finance and, even for the aforementioned bankers with great hard skills development, not a reality for the vast majority in finance
