Hourly rate for a Creative Director in SF for in-house? For agency?

Am I crazy? I’m considering turning down an offer 3x my current comp in a city I love. I even like the company culture better at the new firm. Downside is the day to day work as they’re different industries. I really can’t see myself doing the work at the new firm long term. I get work is work but this especially leaves me unfulfilled. But feel bad turning down something that on paper seems like a no brainer. Any fishies here have advice/gone thru similar experience? Did you regret it?

I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Hey folks. Question for the majority of us still under the big 3 holding co’s...are raises a thing anymore? I’ve been at my (smaller) agency almost 5yrs and got one raise (a nice $12k bump) during that time—is that sufficient? Is one increase in that span normal? I also recognize being somewhere 5 years is rare these days. The honeymoon period at any agency seems to be 2.5—3yrs before bolting. Not complaining, just asking.
